Warranty

TENDOT provides a one-year warranty for all rechargeable lithium batteries. We will replace defective batteries with new ones after verification if manufacturing defects are confirmed. The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Improper usage or handling
• Unauthorized disassembly/repair
• Transportation accidents
• Natural disasters

However, we may provide replacement parts at our discretion when deemed appropriate.

Battery Safety Instructions:

1. Avoid contact with sharp objects that may puncture battery cells.
2. Never store or transport batteries with metal objects or conductive materials.
3. Protect batteries from physical impacts including dropping, crushing, bending or hammering.
4. Prevent short circuits by avoiding direct contact between positive and negative terminals.
5. Never attempt to disassemble or modify battery cells.
6. Keep batteries dry and avoid exposure to water or moisture.
7. Maintain safe distance from heat sources including hot surfaces and open flames.
8. Never expose batteries to direct heat or welding operations.
9. Charge batteries only in well-ventilated areas away from flammable materials.
10. Strictly prohibit microwave or high-pressure environment exposure.
11. Avoid prolonged storage or operation in high-temperature environments (>60°C/140°F).
12. For long-term storage (3+ months), maintain charge level at 30-40% and recharge quarterly.

Emergency Procedures:

If electrolyte contacts skin or eyes:

• Immediately rinse with clean water for 15 minutes
• Seek medical attention for eye exposure
• Remove contaminated clothing

Discontinue use if batteries exhibit:

• Visible leakage or damage
• Unusual odors
• Swelling or deformation
• Abnormal heating

Store damaged batteries in fireproof containers away from combustible materials.
