Customer consultation: The customer puts forward their needs, including specific requirements such as the battery pack's capacity, voltage, size, and usage scenarios.

Providing solutions: A professional team analyzes and formulates a detailed plan based on the customer's needs, covering cell selection, battery management system (BMS) design, and overall structural planning.

Product quotation: A comprehensive quotation is sent to the customer, including detailed costs of materials, production, services, etc.

Confirming the plan and sending the contract: After the customer confirms the plan, the details are finalized and a formal contract is sent, specifying the delivery time, quality standards, payment terms, etc.

Notes on Battery Packs
- Batteries must not be placed near high-temperature heat sources.
- No short circuit is allowed at the battery interface.
- The battery charging environment should be between 0°C and 45°C.
- Do not place the battery in a humid place or water.
- Avoid charging under direct sunlight.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery at will.
- Insist on using a dedicated charger for charging.
- Do not apply external force to the battery or let it fall from a height.
- When the battery is not in use, it should be fully charged and stored in a dry and cool place, protected from heavy pressure and access by children, and recharged every 2 months.
