What safety features are included in the battery?
The battery features a smart BMS that monitors voltage, current, and temperature, ensuring protection against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
Does your factory has the CE UN38.3 certification for battery?
Yes we do. TENDOT factory passed ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environment management system. In addition,TENDOT’s battery has gained certifications such as UL, CE, CB, KS, PSE, BIS, EC, CQC (GB31241), UN38.3 so on.

Can the battery compatible with y inverter?
Our battery pack can be compatible with the majority of the inverter on the market.
How do you ship my order to my country as it's battery shipment?
We will check which options is available from our shipment agent, usually we will ship by Train/sea DDP, Express like DHL UPS depends on your choice.
Is there any quantity limitation if I want to place order?
We don’t have limitation for quantity, But sure more quantity order can gain better price.
Can the battery operate in extreme weather conditions?
Yes, it functions effectively in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C, with advanced thermal management for optimal performance.
After Purchase Questions
How to start my custom battery pack order with you?
You can send us your request on the battery cell type and the battery type as well as your design file to our R&D team, we will evaluate the availability with you.
How do I know if you've shipped my order or not？
We will provide you with the tracking number after shipment. For bulk purchases shipped via FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) sea freight, we work with global logistics partners to monitor the entire process from container loading to customs clearance, ensuring your goods are delivered safely and efficiently.
In case the battery arrives damaged, how would you process the issue？
Please send us photos or video to show the problem we will replace or refund for you promptly.
Why the delivery time is so long?
Please note that battery is special product. In DHL UPS or sea fright company aspect, battery is dangerous goods, each shipment was charge with DG fee too., Battery are delivered with slower way than normal goods shipment. Please don’t worries about the shipment as they are still normal transit, the tracking number will updated after the shipment pass the destination country’s custom check.
